Jennifer Quaglietta is the Vice President of Performance Excellence and Information Services at the Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC).

Jennifer is driven to support a safer healthcare system. In doing so she leads the transformation of HIROC’s organization, practices and thinking to enable a culture of innovation and agility. In advancing HIROC’s digital and data analytics capabilities, Jennifer leverages the power of HIROC’s information for improvement. She is also responsible for HIROC’s cyber security portfolio.

Outside of HIROC, Jennifer is a proud member of the Board of Trustees for Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Jennifer is also the recipient of the 2020 Top 10 Women Leaders in Digital Health Award, Digital Health Canada.

Over the past 20 years Jennifer has developed vast leadership experience in the healthcare sector, working in pharma, Ontario Public Service, acute care, academia, and consulting.

Jennifer believes in the power of learning and knowledge sharing. She is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL). At the University of Toronto, Jennifer is an Industry Affiliate with the Centre for Healthcare Engineering. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management and is currently pursuing an Institute of Corporate Directors Designation. Jennifer has a Professional Engineer designation, is a Project Management Professional, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
