Speaker Bio
Ms. Tiffany Wong, Senior Project Manager with Public Services and Procurement Canada, currently leads multi-disciplinary teams to accomplish various large-scale construction projects across the 400 km stretch of the Trent Severn Waterway and Rideau Canal systems. These waterways are treasured National Parks and designated as national historic and UNESCO world heritage sites.

The suite of infrastructure work that Tiffany helps to oversee, is vital for transportation, managing water levels for navigation and hydro-electric production, and critically important for surrounding community flood protection and public safety.

Tiffany believes equity, diversity, and inclusion are prominent cornerstones in a respectful and effective workplace.

Beyond leading these essential federal projects, Ms. Wong is Co-Chair of Innovation Ontario Region, as well as an active member of the Ontario Region Indigenous Relations Network within Public Services and Procurement Canada. She is also engaged in Women in Engineering and Women in STEM outreach initiatives across secondary school and university networks.

Ms. Wong completed her postsecondary school education at McMaster University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Chemical Engineering. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. Prior to joining the public service, Ms. Wong led a multitude of major projects and programs in the private sector. She looks forward to sharing her insights on fostering an agile, inclusive and diverse work organization.
